GLOUCESTER ACADEMY GCSE RESULTS 2025 – Celebrating the school’s best ever GCSE results
Gloucester Academy is celebrating its best ever GCSE results, with students achieving the highest outcomes in the school's history.
This year's results not only surpass those of 2024 but continue a year-on-year trend of improvement since the school opened. We are incredibly proud of what our students have achieved this year and recognise that this is due to the hard work and commitment of not just our students but also our staff, families and the wider community.
Gloucester Academy is built on our core values of Ambition, Excellence, and Pride. These principles have driven our students to aim high, supported by dedicated teachers and a culture of aspiration. At Gloucester Academy we liken the journey through school to climbing a mountain. This year we have climbed with excellence to ensure individual and collective success.
Phillipa Lewis, Headteacher, said:
“These results are a testament to the incredible effort of our students and staff alongside the insurmountable support from our families and community. Each year, we’ve climbed higher, and this year as a community we’ve reached a new high.
At Gloucester Academy, we believe in climbing together – and today’s results show just how far we’ve come. I could not be prouder of our students, many of whom have exceeded their own expectations. They have shown what’s possible when their ambition is matched with hard work and belief.
Our values of Ambition, Excellence, and Pride guide everything we do. As we celebrate today, we also look forward to seeing where these students go next on their journeys and supporting the next cohort of students as they begin their own journey to the summit.”
As students prepare for their next steps, whether into sixth form, college, apprenticeships, or training, Gloucester Academy remains committed to driving progress and continuing its climb toward excellence.
