Virtual Transition Day
We are disappointed that we cannot meet you all in person at this moment in time, but hopefully today’s activities will give you lots of information to help you prepare for your start to secondary school.
We would recommend that you follow the programme we have created including watching the virtual tour and assembly, and don’t forget to submit the quiz after watching these to start earning some positive reward points!
In the Transition Curriculum section, you will find lots of online lessons; we recommend you try three or four of these to get a flavour of some of the things you will learn in Year 7.

Transition Lessons
Visit our Y6 - 7 Curriculum section to view a range of different lessons from our transition curriculum.
We would recommend you try a range of projects including some of the PSHE lessons. In this section, you can also find ‘Study Skills’ lessons to improve organisation, enable increased retention of knowledge and promote efficient time management to give children the best chance of success at secondary school.
We would encourage students to attempt as many as they can to get those brains warmed up for the new year!
